Can mupirocin be used on acne and acne scar remover

In my practice, I treat nearly as many adults for acne as I do teenagers. I know it doesn't seem fair, but people of all ages struggle to achieve clear, healthy skin. In recent years, I've consulted with many patients who thought they suffered from adult acne when the real culprit was folliculitis (a different condition often mistaken for pimples). The good news is that it may not be as hard as you think to cure this common problem and enjoy clear skin once again.
It is preferable when you first start using this type of product to keep the concentration of it low, around 5.5 percent is best. You can always try a cleaner or cream containing alpha hydroxy acid if this doesn't work. It is not always possible to find an acne skin care product that works first time. You may need to try a few but if none of them seem to be working then you would be advised to contact your skin specialist.
Diet can also be a factor in acne breakouts. For example, in some cases, sugar and chocolate or excess fat, can cause acne breakouts. Some people believe that these are myths, but if you feel that a certain food is causing a breakout, eliminate it temporarily from your diet and see if that helps. Your doctor can also help you avoid certain foods that may cause further breakouts.
